
PRINCIPLES
REFORMER PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
Principles is our beginner Reformer Pilates class (but that doesn’t mean it’s easy!). Principles offers a great introduction to the Reformer machine and the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates practice, including postural alignment and breathing. Our instructors will guide you through a 50-minute full body Reformer Pilates workout and offer modifications for every exercise to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels and abilities.
Expect a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout that will challenge your muscle endurance using the tension of the Reformer machine and other equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and balls.
The result? Long and lean muscles, improved strength, mobility, flexibility and balance in a shorter period of time.
NB: Before your first class, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so our instructors can explain the Reformer machine and equipment. We highly recommend attending several Principles before booking in for Progressions.
Principles can be modified to suit post and pre natal clients. Please enquire with us before booking if you are pre or post-natal and interested in attending.
